Operations Manager
Thomas graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2013 with a degree in Construction Management. He has worked in commercial construction for ten years and has been a superintendent for six years. In his off time, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family, doing anything outdoors, and hunting.
Pedro DeLeon
Director of Preconstruction
Pedro has a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Building Projects from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. He has 15 years of experience in commercial construction. In his off time, Pedro enjoys going to the pool and the park with his wife, daughter, and twins. He also enjoys spending time with friends and watching sports.

Jackson graduated from Auburn University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, and participating in outdoor activities.
